1. Instead of individual class and activity fees, the new School Fee of $200.00 will cover both costs, and MUST to be paid at the Quickstart Orientation. Those who do not attend Quickstart on August 19th and 20th will be assessed a $35.00 late fee, and required to go through the orientation process on the first day of school (students only).
   The Business Office will NOT be accepting fees throughout the school year!
   
2. You MUST bring in the completed application for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program, whether you think you qualify or not. THE APPLICATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKET THAT WILL BE SENT OUT SOON, BUT WILL BE MAILED OUT SEPARATELY TO YOUR HOME IN EARLY AUGUST. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR THE APPLICATION, AS IT IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE ORIENTATION PROCESS. Students will not be permitted to begin the orientation process without this application.
   
3. Qualifying for Free or Reduced Lunch Program status does not automatically qualify for a fee waiver. Parents/Guardians must fill out the new Fee Waiver Application Form, accompanied with supporting documentation (i.e., W2, Pay Stub). Waivers are due by October 1st in the Main Office, and notification as to the school’s decision will be sent by mail no later than November 15th, 2008. Waiver Applications are available upon request.
   
4. This year you will have the option to pay by either Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard ONLY). Card information must be completed at the bottom of the Quickstart Fee Form, and a $5.00 processing fee will be applied. Other than Credit/Debit Cards, we still only are able to accept cash and money orders (payable to Lincoln Park High School); no personal checks will be accepted.

Please do not accompany your students in the Quickstart process as time and space do not permit.
