Welcome to the Lion's Den

Welcome to the new school year!  I am excited to be apart of the Lincoln Park High School Wellness Department.  I have three sections of freshman Health and Wellness, and two sections of Dance Fitness.  

 

A little about myself, this will be my second year teaching at Lincoln Park High School. Prior to teaching, I received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University. While teaching group fitness I found my passion was in teaching fitness and health. I decided to go back to school to pursue and obtain a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health Education. In my free time, I enjoy taking adventures with my dog, leading group fitness classes, and doing outdoor activities.
